We would like to reassure guests of the extra measures we have implemented to keep everyone safe. We are taking all reasonable steps to follow the Government’s Covid-19 Secure Workplace Guidelines and are completing all necessary risk assessments to validate our policies. All procedures and assessments will be constantly reviewed and updated when required.
We have evaluated the maximum number of customers that can reasonably follow social distancing guidelines within the inside & outside space, taking into account specific venue characteristics, and how to avoid areas of congestion and unnecessary contact.
Seating and tables have been configured to maintain social distancing guidelines.
Queuing systems and markers have been reviewed for the premises in order to maintain two metre social distancing.
As a restaurant, we already operate with strict cleaning and health and safety measures, but we are now taking extra steps to ensure that all areas are thoroughly sanitised and compliant with government guidelines.
Consideration has been given to reduce the number of surfaces touched by customers and staff. We ask that customers refrain from leaning on bars or counters and only leave their tables when absolutely necessary.
Frequent cleaning is completed of objects and surfaces that are touched regularly, including counters and tills, and adequate disposal arrangements for cleaning products will always be available.
Contactless payment will be taken wherever possible and card readers will be located in such a way as to maintain social distancing efforts. We will not be accepting cash, only card payments for all transactions.
The kitchen is accessed by as few persons as possible. Interaction between kitchen staff and other workers is minimised and working areas are spaced to maintain social distancing guidelines as much as possible.
Staff hands are washed prior to handling plates or cutlery and a high frequency of handwashing is continued throughout the day.
We are providing hand sanitiser for staff and guests at every possible opportunity.
We have doubled the number of times we clean the bathrooms and have installed a hand sanitising station outside.
Windows and doors are kept open as much as possible to increase ventilation.
We are making sure that all of our team members are trained in the new standards and timings of cleaning practices to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. Every team member has been reminded of their responsibility to guests and fellow members of staff.
Regular and clear communication with staff is delivered to ensure knowledge and comprehension of the risks and controls.

Face coverings are to be worn when entering the restaurant until you are seated, and when using the bathrooms.
